The tengu is awesome, good range with hams, perma tanks a room in 10/10 and dps not too shabby either (impants).
For anoms- something that can barely tank a spawn and has max dps/ application. 1.5k dps Rattle 2 tracking computers with precision script to apply 100% to battleships and sentries to blap frigs should push some dank isk.
2k dps shield Vindicator and a second boat as support even better isk. Get a friend or two and pretend to be a ratting carrier. |

idk about that fantasy 14k dps tank Rattlesnake.... Gila can do a 10/10 with 180 ehp/s tank (and a bit of overheating in last room).
Tengu is pretty straignt forward, subsystem tat gives HAM range (and a rig or 2 for missile speed/ range), 6 launchers, full rack of ballistics in low slots, tank/ prop mod- whatever, it has such kin/ therm base resist you can get away with an invul and a small shield booster (looks funny on killmail). You can go 100mn ab, 10mn or mwd with a long point for some occasional pew... Plug the EM hole or go 100% cap stable epic serpentis tank with everything running, throw in a missile guidance computer for more application/ range.... |

Nah, it's cool. 9/10 would drop on that.
I've been running havens with a derpy t2 400ish dps active tank rattle (medium shield booster #iwannabeachimera) and tank was ok. Just need to kill enough of the spawn to lower incomming dps before the tank breaks.
back on topic- Ishtar will yield more isk per tick than gila while sporting better tank and requiring less micro (no missiles).
But if you really want good isk go straight for carrier, 2-3x more than with a pimped out battleship and you can handle the capital spawns. 100 days train isn't too bad considering an ishtar with t2 heavy drones takes (almost?) the same, rattle with t2 missiles and drones is also in the "months" category, |

Cruise with 2 guidance computers and precision script loaded. Still doesn't seem to apply full paper dps but those computers compensate for t2 ammo derpy sig radius.
idk about t1, a bit low dps, especialy with t1 launchers. faction too expensive for pve (i'm poor), On rattle not as important since it's dank bonuses and % difference between 1200 and 1400 dps isn't much but on a Raven t1 is something like 450 dps and t2 pushes 800... |
